Though the blightgeist appears to be an undead creature, it is actually a swarm of ravenous insects, carrying their most recent victim. When threatened the swarm will create a chilling cacophony, stirring dread in the hearts of even the bravest warriors.

This was a fun little beastie that was one of many of the inktober monsters that I doodled out last year. I've been trying to be better about saving the steps of my process and also creating more "fully-realized" concepts.
